Two taggers supporting the Occupy Portland demonstration were arrested early this morning and accused of spraying paint on a police car and a downtown Portland business, the Portland Police Bureau reported.

A citizen spotted the pair and police were notified.

The tags read: « Occupy Portland, » « Wall Street Loves No One, » « Perspective, » and « Occupy. »

Nolan Zane MacGregor, 21, and a 17-year-old boy were charged with first-degree criminal mischief. Police found the pair had aerosol paint, stencils and more than 100 « Occupy Portland » flyers. MacGregor was booked into the Multnomah County Jail. The juvenile was released to his parents.
